Lightweight and Fast Forming System for Concrete Floors and Roofs This product begins as foam and steel. It is used to create a forming and insulating system for suspended floors in multi-story applications. When this product is used in tandem with the ECO-Block wall system, we can create a solid concrete house which allows one to virtually exercise total control of the home environment. By controlling air infiltration into the home or office, as much as 50% of utility costs are dramatically reduced. The quality of the air is mechanically controlled hence it is clean and healthy. No longer is it necessary to change settings at the thermostat since the temperature change through the wall under design conditions (95° F summer and 10° F winter) is less than 2°F in a twenty four hour period. Conversely, a typical 4 wall will neutralize on the surface in 4.5 hours. This fact alone is the real energy story on the ECO-Block wall and Insul-Deck floor system.
